Welcome to Insight Tutoring. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and expectations for using our website, booking tutoring sessions, purchasing digital study materials, submitting forms, receiving communications, and using our services. They also contain our Refund Policy for digital study materials, in Section 7.

By using our website, booking a tutoring session, purchasing a study packet, submitting information through a form, or communicating with Insight Tutoring, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Insight Tutoring provides tutoring services, academic support, test preparation, and related educational resources. Services may include one-on-one tutoring, group tutoring, test preparation, study support, academic planning, and digital study materials such as study guides, practice tests, answer keys, review session notes, and instructional videos.

Services may be offered online, in person, or through another approved format depending on availability, tutor assignment, and scheduling needs.

2. Accounts and Student Dashboard

Some services, including digital study packets, require you to create a member account on our website. Digital materials are delivered to your student dashboard and are available only while you are signed in to the account used at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single student. Sharing an account, or sharing login details so that others can access purchased materials, is not permitted and may result in access being suspended.

If you believe someone has used your account without permission, contact us promptly.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

When booking a tutoring session, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, subject or course details, and any other information needed to schedule and prepare for the session.

Appointment availability, tutor assignments, session times, and service offerings may vary. Insight Tutoring may contact you about scheduled sessions, required forms, session preparation, updates, or other service-related information.

Insight Tutoring reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify appointments when necessary due to tutor availability, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other circumstances.

4. Payments, Packages, and Memberships

Pricing, payment terms, tutoring packages, memberships, digital study packets, and service options are listed on the website or provided during the booking process. Payment may be required before or at the time of booking or purchase depending on the service selected.

Insight Tutoring reserves the right to update pricing, packages, memberships, digital materials, and service availability at any time. Any changes will apply going forward and will not automatically change previously confirmed purchases unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Purchases of digital study materials made through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for those orders. This means Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable sales tax and VAT, and payment-related support for those transactions.

When you complete a purchase, your order is subject to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Your receipt and payment record will come from Paddle. You may contact Paddle directly regarding a payment, receipt, or refund question, or contact us and we will assist.

Payments for tutoring sessions, packages, and memberships may be processed through a different payment provider, as indicated at the time of booking.

6. Digital Study Materials and Delivery

Digital study packets are delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, access is granted to the account used at checkout and the materials appear in your student dashboard, usually within a few moments.

If a purchase completes and the materials do not appear, contact us at insightuark@insighttutoring.online and we will resolve it.

Digital materials are provided as-is for personal educational use. Course content may be updated, expanded, corrected, or reorganized over time. We aim to keep purchased materials available to you on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee indefinite availability, and materials may be withdrawn or replaced where necessary.

7. Refund Policy for Digital Study Materials

This section is our Refund Policy for digital study packets, study guides, practice tests, answer keys, course materials, and video content purchased through our website. Refunds for tutoring sessions, packages, and memberships are covered separately in Section 8.

7.1 When Refunds Are Available

Study packets are digital products delivered instantly to your student dashboard after purchase. Because access is granted immediately and the materials can be viewed and downloaded right away, these purchases are generally final.

We will, however, issue a refund in the following circumstances:

The materials were not delivered. If your purchase completes but the packet does not appear in your student dashboard, and we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund you in full.
Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same packet twice, we will refund the duplicate.
The packet is not as described. If the materials do not match what was described on the product page, contact us and we will make it right.

Refund requests under these circumstances should be made within 14 days of purchase.

7.2 How to Request a Refund

Email insightuark@insighttutoring.online with your name, the email address used at checkout, the packet purchased, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

7.3 How Refunds Are Processed

As described in Section 5, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for digital purchases made through our website. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, you may also contact Paddle directly about a payment or refund question. Paddle may issue a refund in accordance with its own buyer terms.

7.4 Access After a Refund

When a refund is issued, access to the associated packet is removed from your student dashboard. You must stop using the materials and delete any downloaded copies. As set out in Section 16, study materials are licensed for personal educational use only and may not be resold, redistributed, published, shared, or uploaded elsewhere.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds for Tutoring

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show policies may vary depending on the tutoring service, package, membership, or booking type selected.

Students are responsible for reviewing any cancellation or rescheduling policies provided at the time of booking. Insight Tutoring may limit refunds, credits, or rescheduling options for missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment.

9. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, completing any required preparation, communicating clearly with tutors, and providing honest information about academic goals, questions, struggles, and progress.

Tutoring is designed to support learning and academic improvement. However, Insight Tutoring does not guarantee any specific grade, test score, admission result, scholarship outcome, or academic result.

10. Forms and Student Information

Insight Tutoring may ask students to complete intake forms, pre-session check-ins, feedback forms, or other service-related forms. These forms help tutors prepare for sessions and provide better support.

By submitting a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also understand that submitted information may be used by Insight Tutoring staff and tutors to provide tutoring services, improve session preparation, and support student progress.

11. Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number when booking a tutoring session, submitting a form, or communicating with Insight Tutoring, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Insight Tutoring related to tutoring services.

Text messages may include appointment reminders, intake form links, pre-session check-in links, scheduling updates, and other service-related messages connected to tutoring sessions.

Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact Insight Tutoring through the contact information provided on our website.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing tutoring services or digital materials.

12. Email and Other Communications

Insight Tutoring may contact you by email, phone, text message, or other communication methods using the contact information you provide.

Communications may include scheduling updates, tutoring-related forms, appointment reminders, purchase confirmations, service updates, payment-related notices, and other information related to your use of our services.

13. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how Insight Tutoring collects, uses, and protects information.

Insight Tutoring does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in information is used only to provide tutoring-related communications requested or expected as part of our services.

14. Website Use

You agree to use the Insight Tutoring website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that could harm Insight Tutoring, other users, or the website itself.

15. Intellectual Property

The content on the Insight Tutoring website, including text, graphics, images, branding, page designs, resources, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Insight Tutoring unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Insight Tutoring.

16. License to Use Educational Materials

Any study guides, tutoring materials, worksheets, notes, practice tests, answer keys, videos, digital resources, or other educational materials provided or sold by Insight Tutoring are licensed to you for personal educational use only. Purchasing a study packet gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use those materials. It does not transfer ownership.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, upload, post to file-sharing or homework-help sites, or otherwise make these materials available to others without written permission from Insight Tutoring.

Downloading, screen recording, or copying materials for your own study is permitted. Doing so in order to distribute them is not.

We may suspend or remove access to purchased materials, without refund, where materials have been shared or distributed in breach of this section.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include links to third-party websites, tools, payment processors, booking systems, communication platforms, or other services.

Insight Tutoring is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

18. No Professional or Legal Guarantee

Insight Tutoring provides educational support and tutoring services. Our services are not a substitute for professional academic advising, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other professional service.

While we work to provide helpful educational support, we cannot guarantee specific academic, testing, admissions, scholarship, or personal outcomes.

19. Academic Integrity

Our materials are intended to support learning and exam preparation. You are responsible for using them in a way that complies with your institution's academic integrity policies.

Insight Tutoring is not responsible for how students choose to use materials, and does not condone submitting our materials as your own work or using them in any manner prohibited by your school, instructor, or course.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Tutoring is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the website, tutoring services, digital materials, communications, or third-party services.

Insight Tutoring is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information submitted by users, missed sessions, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

21. Changes to Services

Insight Tutoring may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, services, pricing, packages, memberships, digital materials, forms, or communication methods at any time.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
