Cynthia Kemper
I am the owner and founder of Insight Tutoring. I started this company because I love helping students achieve in their classes and accomplish their goals through tutoring. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2023 with a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish. I ended with a 3.95 GPA at the Walton College of Business. I have tutored well over 2,000 appointments and cannot wait to continue tutoring many more.

Shea Welling
I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Arkansas, earning a 3.96 GPA, and I am currently pursuing my MBA. For nearly three years, I have worked with Insight Tutoring, where I enjoy helping students succeed in challenging courses.
Academics have always been a priority for me, and my experiences reflect that. I’ve lived around the world—including Japan, Canada, and four U.S. states—and studied abroad in Paris during my junior year. On campus, I served as Treasurer in my sorority and was active in Women in Finance. Professionally, I interned with Walmart in Merchandising for two consecutive summers, gaining hands-on experience in retail and business operations.

Kelbi Meisenheimer
Hi, my name is Kelbi Meisenheimer and I'm a sophomore at the University of Arkansas.
Although I'm not an education major, I do come from a home of educators and I enjoy helping others learn. I am a marketing major and will be tutoring for Survey of Calculus this year. Outside of the classroom, I'm heavily involved in my sorority, a member of Leadership Walton, and I play on the U of A Lacrosse team!

Hi! My name is Maddi Mach and I am a junior biomedical engineering major at the University of Arkansas. I am a member of a sorority, society of women in engineering, and the biomedical engineering society. I will be tutoring Calculus I and Calculus II! I am very excited to help students learn and understand their courses while gaining good study habits. I can’t wait to start tutoring at Insight!

I am currently a sophomore at the University of Arkansas and am studying Marketing in the Walton College of Business. I am so excited to be tutoring with Insight this year! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and exploring the outdoors. I also love to travel; a few of my favorite places are Banff, Canada and Kauai, Hawaii. I am also involved in my sorority and am interested in becoming more involved around campus. I am excited to share my love for learning with everyone and am looking forward to this school year!

Hi! I’m Caroline Coughlin and I double-majored in Biology and Psychology. I've taken nearly every course in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology offered at the U of A! Currently, I am in medical school in St. Louis! When I’m not studying, you can find me playing pickleball, hanging out with friends, or enjoying late-night Sonic runs. I’m thrilled to join the IT team this Fall and can’t wait to help you succeed in your STEM classes!”

Ashley Coleman
I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arkansas and am currently working as a Medical Assistant at Washington Regional. I plan to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant and am spending my gap year collecting patient care hours and volunteering in the community.
Science courses can feel daunting at first, but my goal is to help students feel more comfortable and capable in these subjects. With the right support and strategies, I believe we can master them together. I’m excited to help other students succeed in their academic journeys and future career goals!

I tutored at the University for one semester and learned so much about how to help students! I also work with McMillon Innovation Studio and SAKE on campus, and I love to get my students involved.
