I am the owner and founder of Insight Tutoring. I started this company because I love helping students achieve in their classes and accomplish their goals through tutoring. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2023 with a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish. I ended with a 3.95 GPA at the Walton College of Business. I have tutored well over 2,000 appointments and cannot wait to continue tutoring many more.

Shea Welling
I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Arkansas, earning a 3.96 GPA, and I am currently pursuing my MBA. For nearly three years, I have worked with Insight Tutoring, where I enjoy helping students succeed in challenging courses.
Academics have always been a priority for me, and my experiences reflect that. I’ve lived around the world—including Japan, Canada, and four U.S. states—and studied abroad in Paris during my junior year. On campus, I served as Treasurer in my sorority and was active in Women in Finance. Professionally, I interned with Walmart in Merchandising for two consecutive summers, gaining hands-on experience in retail and business operations.

Kelbi Meisenheimer
I am currently a senior Business Management major at the University of Arkansas and double minoring in Finance and Legal Studies. I have been tutoring Survey of Calculus and Business Law at Insight for 3 years now and I love being able to help students reach their academic goals. I have also started tutoring for the LSAT as I have personally just finished the application process and will be attending law school in the fall of 2026. In addition to tutoring, I am a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, Pre-Law Society, Leadership Walton, and Future Women in Politics club. I also play for the University of Arkansas Women’s Club Lacrosse team.

I am currently a sophomore at the University of Arkansas and am studying Marketing in the Walton College of Business. I am so excited to be tutoring with Insight this year! I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arkansas and am currently working as a Medical Assistant at Washington Regional. I plan to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant and am spending my gap year collecting patient care hours and volunteering in the community.
Science courses can feel daunting at first, but my goal is to help students feel more comfortable and capable in these subjects. Hi! My name is Reese Heinrich, and I tutor Accounting I and II here at Insight. I am currently an accounting graduate student at the University of Arkansas, now in my third semester of tutoring, and I’m also working toward earning my CPA license. My goal is to help students build strong accounting skills and the confidence to succeed in their classes. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps and helping students truly understand the material. I also work with students on staying organized with assignments and study plans, so they can manage their workload effectively.
