Cynthia Kemper

I am the owner and founder of Insight Tutoring. I started this company because I love helping students achieve in their classes and accomplish their goals through tutoring. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2023 with a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish. I ended with a 3.95 GPA at the Walton College of Business. I have tutored well over 2,000 appointments and cannot wait to continue tutoring many more.

Hailey Bryant

I am currently in the MPAcc program at the University of Arkansas and am preparing for the CPA exams. During my undergraduate years, I was involved in several organizations and academic experiences, including serving as President of the Economics Forum, participating in Model United Nations, and taking part in the Capitaf Colloquium, where I had the opportunity to travel and engage in discussions on economic ideas and policy. These experiences helped strengthen my communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills. As I continue through the MPAcc program, I am excited to tutor other students and help make accounting concepts easier to understand and more approachable.

Hi! My name is Jude Alfaouri, and I am a Freshman pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering with minors in both Spanish and Personal Finance. I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arkansas and am currently working as a Medical Assistant at Washington Regional. I plan to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant and am spending my gap year collecting patient care hours and volunteering in the community.

Science courses can feel daunting at first, but my goal is to help students feel more comfortable and capable in these subjects. Hi! My name is Reese Heinrich, and I tutor Accounting I and II here at Insight. I am currently an accounting graduate student at the University of Arkansas, now in my third semester of tutoring, and I’m also working toward earning my CPA license. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps and helping students truly understand the material. I also work with students on staying organized with assignments and study plans, so they can manage their workload effectively. Hi! My name is Reese Nance and I am a junior at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Economics and with a minor in Legal Studies. I plan to graduate in May of 2028, and attend Law School the following semester. I am involved with Walton Honors College Ambassadors and Arkansas Pi Beta Phi.

I’m new to the Insight Tutoring team, and am super excited to serve others through Insight! My goal is to help people not only grasp the concept they are trying to learn, but deeply understand it along the way. I can’t wait to help you succeed!
