Cynthia Kemper
I am the owner and founder of Insight Tutoring. I started this company because I love helping students achieve in their classes and accomplish their goals through tutoring. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2023 with a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish. I ended with a 3.95 GPA at the Walton College of Business. I have tutored well over 2,000 appointments and cannot wait to continue tutoring many more.

Katherine Heyka
I am a member of the IMACC program and will graduate with my Master of Accountancy in May. I completed my undergraduate degree in 2025, graduating with honors and earning a 4.0. Over the past three years, I have worked as a tutor in various business and accounting subjects, helping students strengthen both technical understanding and academic confidence. During my time at the University of Arkansas, I have served as Academic Achievement Chair for Zeta Tau Alpha and as Accounting Manager for SAKE. I am currently a senior Business Management major at the University of Arkansas and double minoring in Finance and Legal Studies. Hi! My name is Jude Alfaouri, and I am a Freshman pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering with minors in both Spanish and Personal Finance. I graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arkansas and am currently working as a Medical Assistant at Washington Regional. I plan to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant and am spending my gap year collecting patient care hours and volunteering in the community.
Science courses can feel daunting at first, but my goal is to help students feel more comfortable and capable in these subjects. Hi! My name is Reese Heinrich, and I tutor Accounting I and II here at Insight. I am currently an accounting graduate student at the University of Arkansas, now in my third semester of tutoring, and I’m also working toward earning my CPA license. My goal is to help students build strong accounting skills and the confidence to succeed in their classes. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps and helping students truly understand the material. I also work with students on staying organized with assignments and study plans, so they can manage their workload effectively. Tutoring comes naturally to me, and I love seeing students grow throughout the semester.
