Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to our students and tutors, the following policies apply to all Insight Tutoring sessions. Card Required to Reserve A valid card must be kept on file to reserve any appointment. Bookings cannot be held or confirmed without an active card on file. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy All cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. The full session fee will be charged. No exceptions will be made — tutors reserve this time exclusively for you and will be compensated regardless. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Sessions end at their originally scheduled time regardless of arrival. Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or failing to attend without prior communication, will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings Same-day bookings are subject to tutor availability and cannot be guaranteed. SMS Communications (Optional) By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS appointment reminders and occasional updates from Insight Tutoring. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Opting in is not required to book a session. Policy Acknowledgment By booking with Insight Tutoring, you acknowledge and agree to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and communication policies outlined above.
