Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to our students and tutors during the high-demand finals period, the following policies apply to all sessions booked between November 30th-December 12th: Card Required to Reserve: A valid card must be kept on file in order to reserve any appointment during finals season. Appointments cannot be held or confirmed without an active card on file. 24-Hour Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy All cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable along with being more than 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, you will be marked and charged as a no-show and the tutor will have left. The full session fee will be charged. No exceptions will be made, as tutors reserve this time specifically for you & they will still be compensated for their time. Late Booking Fees Due to increased demand and the impact on tutor schedules, the following late-booking fees apply: Sessions booked within 24 hours of the appointment time: +$10 surcharge Sessions booked on the same day: +$20 surcharge To book a last-minute appointment, please text 479-957-8916 or join the waitlist on our website. Note: These surcharges are shared with the tutor as compensation for accommodating last-minute bookings during their own finals week.
