Cancellation Policy

Tutoring Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time or a $20 fee will be charged. No-Show: Because this time is reserved for you, no-shows will be charged the full session amount. Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session for a later date, subject to tutor availability. While rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs when possible.
