Cancellation Policy
Tutoring Cancellation Policy We understand that finals can be a stressful time, and we want to support your academic success. Please read our cancellation policy carefully: Payment in Advance: All tutoring sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking, and payment must be completed online prior to the session. Your session will not be confirmed until payment is received. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Non-Refundable Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be charged, and no exceptions will be made. Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session for a later date, subject to tutor availability. However, rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not guaranteed and will not result in a refund.
