Group Tutoring Cancellation Policy Card on file: A valid card must be kept on file to book a session. 8-Hour Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: If you miss a scheduled group Insight Tutoring session without canceling at least 8 hours in advance, the full session fee will be charged. This policy ensures fairness, as your spot prevents another student from attending.
